Thumbs up Re: Apollo Drysuits

I own an Apollo DrySuit and LOVE IT. It really does feel like I am wearing a wetsuit. Very moveable. Regarding the foot valves. I feel they are too sensitive. The air I add seems to quickly go right to me feet and out the valve without resistance. My feet are level with my chest. I have to wear 2.5 pounds on each to do so and still air goes right out. They say in the manual you take the valve apart and use any plug. I don't understand that. What, "any plug" like gum perhaps. ha ha. Anyways the suit is durable. The seals are not latex but a more comfortable and plyable material. More expensive though too. So if they do tear you may need to take it into your local dive shop and replace it with Latex. It's much cheeper and steel works great.
