dry suits with valves on the ankles is not good. accidental loss of air in your suit is uncomfortable and causes you to reequalize your suit using more air. alot of cave divers and wreck divers use gators to prevent air from going to their feet. I use jet fins which are negative buoyant and I let a little air goto my feet to keep me horizonal. Ive dove alot of different drysuits and the suits dont matter as much as developing good control over the air in your suit. but whites and dui (cave cut) are the best suits to me.
