You have 2 choices, first you can make a refresh dive in your home country before you fly to sharm, or you can just go and do it there, just make sure that this dive will be logged cause all the diving centers in sharm will ask you if you dived in the last 6 months cause divers who haven't been diving more than 6 months will be asked to join a refresh dive before they participate in other dive activities.
