Hi sorry for the late response...Our place is in San Roque, Macrohon So. Leyte. We are near maasin city. In Maasin City there are hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores. In our place we have one dive shop that you can also dine and stay.....there are no restrictions in constructing or planning with the area.... when it comes to the permits it's very easy to get such.... we can build native cottages and a dive shop / diving school....it is very easy to put up a business here. Actually, you could visit our place for you to see what we can offer.
