hi with regards to the facilities and accessibility we have that, our place is very near Maasin City it is just a boat ride from Cebu City...There are hotels, restaurants, and big grocery stores....With regards to the permits it is very easy to secure all of those.....if you are asking how potential having a business here especially dive shops it is very good. Owning a business? Not difficult...
