What’s going on here? I've not bought a new mask since Roger managed to lose my then-wonderful Mares one in the (piddling amount of) surf carrying it to the boat which I'd backed up to the shore.

I did the usual toothbrush thing to my new (Scubapro) mask (that same Roger's suggestion, I was ever the one for nonsensical punishment and - no - he didn't pay for it) and I've used it for at least ten years since
