Lapsed PADI instructor

Can anyone tell me what course my girl will have to go on to get her PADI instructors ticket up to date?

She was instructor for 8 years and has not done anything for 5 years but I want her to get 'refreshed' as a gift.

Well this is a very easy question. She will have to go through a status update, which is conducted by a PADI Course Director in conjunction with the relevant PADI office. The best way to go about this is that you are getting in touch with your local PADI office. Please let me know where you are and I will get the details to you. The other thing you can do, is to send me her name, including middle initial and first name, date of birth, and if possible her instructor number, and I will get the information to you. If you want to do that then please do not send these details publicly on here, but send me a private message.

Depending on the duration of your girl not being in teaching status will determine what she will have to do to get back to teaching status.

Let me know what you want me to do and I am happy to assist wherever possible.
