Refresher course needed or not

Hi I passed my advanced open water in july 2010 in Sharm-el-Sheikh and completed 10 dives,as I have not been diving since will I need a refresher when I go to Mexico 13 september.

Hi Kevspen,

As you mentioned, you completed just 10 dives until now, so after more than one year no diving I would recommend you to do a refresher.
The Scuba Review takes only a few hours, but it will polish up your scuba knowledge and the skills you learned during your course.
This will help you to feel safe and comfortable under water and to enjoy your dives in Mexico!

Thanks for reply.Can anybody recomend a dive centre that offers group guide dives as i will be diving on my own

Hi,

as you didn't mention, where exactly you will go, I cannot to recommend a diving center, but most centers offer guided dives in groups, and a properly working diving school will anyway guide their beginners until they have a certain experience to dive with a buddy on their own responsibility.
