 Resort Course advice for instructor
Hi! Its been a while since I taught a resort course - I have my teaching status and pro liability insurance all sorted and am teaching a resort course next week. I've been looking through my new Instructor manual CD and note that there is no mention of alternate air source ascent as part of the confined water skills? Is this correct and when did that change? Also, how important is it that I have the flip chart as I may have to scramble to find one by next week. I have taught loads of resort courses in the past so should be able to do the theory with my notes - but want to ask advice on whether this is ok or whether i need the flip chart! What are the major theory points I need to get across (the reason I ask is I remember teaching more than seems to be required now and dont want to "over teach" if not neccesary. your advice will be much appreciated.
