the minimum aga for scuba diving in PADI is 8 years old, but he can be only bubble maker to dive with instructor for 1m depth and this is very good start for kids who wants to dive, during this programme they will do the skills for confined water one from PADI open water course, then he can compleat his open water course when he compleat 10 years old
