I have worked in this place as a retailer, and it was the most horrible experience in my life! The manager Diana Mansur is really abusive and so arrogant, she literally enjoys showing disrespect to the others and likes to humiliate the people who work for her! She just finds it fun to enslave her employees! Her husband Sherif is nice! They would ask you to do a lot of cleaning and you would basically work as a janitor or a slave! After I worked for awhile for them and worked my ass off cleaning the store and paid for accommodation on my own in Hurghada to work for them, Diana simply dismissed me and refused to pay me anything, my job title was supposed to be a retailer but I found out later that I would work as a Janitor! I feel really pissed of and just thought I should warn you not to work for them, or you can just try and see yourself!

I used to work as sales Rep for one of the biggest diving schools in sharm just before i applied for my training with Dive Stop Branch that is newly opened in sharm el sheikh. my first impression was OMG that is unusual care for the equipment and the store but when i got to know what i exactly have to do and how to do it in the right way, everything got to be easier and i would say this is the main reason this organization is successful, when i got to meet Mrs Diana and Mr Sherif...I even loved my job more and more as they are so good to all there employees and actually it is more like a family relationship more than business, still good manners required and that's how to be professional, i have been here now since last may 2011 and i believe i have gained loads of experience. about pikapooneed i guess you may be better else where or you picked the job that is not for you that's why your experience was not perfect. but you are absolutely wrong to judge the managers character without getting to know them properly. now for myself i was just a sales rep when i came here but with the experience I'm gaining in here i would manage a store easily. so yes i would recommend Dive Stop with all my heart if you are a hard working and willing to learn person, you will never regret it.

Alrighty then, since loads of people these days love to spread viral messages around the web, such as pikapooneed ( Seriously who came up with that? ) I would love to set the record straight.

Most importantly ive been in this Company now basically a year, and so far its the best experience i had, and trust me people ive seen it all before. These people have a good system, great standards and a Name, a name that was not easy to gain. Management is great, both Mrs Diana and her husband Sherif, and really kind, friendly, understanding people. Of course they have strict standards, its normal. Who Does not have a strict and good system these days will fail and won't recover fast enough to see what hit him. I mean you work in shop, selling High Quality Dive Equipment, how can someone even respect that if he does not know how to care for it! And honestly i rather clean up my working place/ house rather than have someone else do it for me. It is All a Matter of perspective. And i know what im talking about, ive been working prior in Many hotels and in Many Departments, including House Keeping, and one thing i learned and i love to apply it here. You have a certain responsibility towards your working enviroment, no one is going to come in when lets say you have a guest at home and he says " well this place its nice, but its a mess and dusty " no one is going to come and tkae the blame for me, even if you have someone cleaning it for you, this person wont be there and you are the one who is going to take all that in and will have to suck it up. So i rather work and work ahrd to keep the place I work in as representable as I can. Since always i have visitors over. Janitor work pfee. What a load of crap. Trust me when i say this. Its Great to Work here, the People Are great, they have a great System, Rules and Standards and i hope myself that i can just give enough to satisfy thouse standards. Ill do that with pleaure my fellow people.
