Default Re: Great white shark

Great White Shark cage diving is one of the “must do’s” for any diver when visiting Cape Town.
There is no better way to see the great white shark in their own natural environment, than to cage dive with these super predators.
False Bay is famous for the great white “flying sharks”, a term used for their highly athletic breaching and hunting behaviour by great white sharks.
The great white shark is a very curious animal and will often circle and come up to the cage, as if to get a look at the diver. This will certainly get your heart rate going and most definitely an adrenalin rush.

The cage floats just under the surface of the water, and it is situated along side the boat. Once the diver or snorkeller is ready to take the plunge, Shark cage diving is truly a wonderful way to get up close and personal with one of the most magnificent ocean creatures, the Great White Shark.
After you dive, The experience of diving with the sharks will have a lasting impact on you, and I hope a deeper respect and awe for these endangered super predators - the great white shark
