Southern leyte, Philippines is home to the worlds biggest fish the "Whale Shark", and that's not all. This part of the island has one of the richest marine life in the country, and in its depth lies a Japanese shipwreck dating back to WWII during the battle at Leyte Gulf, and it is also the birth place of christianity in the Philippines, since the first mass was held at Limasawa island(only a 45 minute boat ride from the port of Padre Burgos).

Do you want to open a dive shop here in San Roque, Southern leyte? We are currently looking for investors who wish to tie-up with us.
We have an 800 square meter lot with a concrete house with two regular rooms, one masters bedroom w/ bathroom, and a native cottage with a bathroom. We are very open to ideas of developing it into a hotel.
Those who wish to invest a dive shop with us will get a 200 square meter lot for his/her dive shop "FREE OF CHARGE".

well if somebody wishes to tie-up a dive shop with us, we will give him a space to construct his shop free of RENT. The real deal is if anybody is interested in starting a dive shop here at Padre Burgos So. Leyte. We offer him/her a place to construct his dive shop in our lot for free as long as he/she will let us provide the lodgings for his/her guests.

Im sorry if I just posted these pictures now. The beach may not look at its best in these pictures, because this time of year is the Southeast monzon winds.
I will give you a brief description of the place. Our place here in Brgy. San Roque, Macrohon, Southern Leyte is quiet, and the people here are friendly, especially in our place. And our house sits on the edge of town and it is not so close to any house so it is peaceful and quiet. And the house is close to the road.

this is the full view of the house, and on its left side is the cottage and on the right is the space alotted for the dive shop.

Nice picutres and ya you are right the beach does not look too nice. What is there around this place, such as the next town, faclities, hotels etc. I dont know too much about this area and I am not sure where from you would draw the customers for the dive shop. Is there any restrictions on planning permissions and what you can build there. How easy is it to get resident and business permits and what is the situation who can own a business there.
I am looking forward to hearing form you shortly.
