Wasage Divers is a small established dive business based in the spectacular up-and-coming diving location of the Wakatobi & Buton, Indonesia, an area that is becoming increasingly well known for it’s stunning scuba diving and high levels of underwater biodiversity. Diving communities throughout the world are beginning to take notice, yet the diving facilities in this area are still in need of improvement and expansion in order to accommodate the increased level of interest. About your question, posting your offer in the forum is a good start. You may also look in your area for hotel and bungalow village owner. These could be good partners. The advantage of such a joint venture would be that each one has his own part. Experience responsability etc... Diving business and hotel management is not the same background. You will need to give good service in both so taking a specialist for the hotel management will give you an advantage. Also he will have different sources of clients than you so the combination will be good. Each one will have more time to concentrate in doing his task correctly if he know the other part is running smoothly from the partner.
