Hi,

I think its best to chose what you'll be most comfortable with in the water. Have a look and play with all of them at the show. If you think you'll ever want to use nitrox, buy a nitrox computer now, it'll save you having to upgrade at a possibly higher expense later on.

I've got an Aladin pro Ultra, and i like its large clearly readable display, but what i don't like about it is the elastic strap which feels a little bit weak. However, if i had to replace this one, i'd probably buy another Aladin computer, such as the Uwatec smart pro.

I think the Suunto, Apex, and mares computers, enchourage you to do a 3 minute safety stop at 5m which i think is good practice anyway.

hope you find something you like at the show; happy shopping.
