I use Oceanic's Hera BC. It has lots of padding in all the right areas. It is also a hybrid back inflate/ jacket style BC with lots of lift capacity.A very comfortable & versatile BC. Also very adjustable shoulders besides the D-ring adjustment, the shoulders can be adjusted in length in the back, so a near custom fit can be made.

The manufacturers have recognised the need for diving equipment specifically designed for woman divers. There is many available and the best thing to do is to go to a dive centre and/or a dive show and try some of them. They come wih various design and advantages. Oceanic, Seaquest, Scubapro and Zeagle are just a few manufacturers offering BCD's for female divers.
Depending on physique and the kind of diving you do, I am sure you will find it easy to get just the BCD you need and does all the things you want it to do.
Ya, most of them are available in PINK. :-)

Mako is on a distinguished road
Default Diving BCD for women

A good idea would be to try it out in the water before you buy it.

I have a Seaquest Libra. It's weight integrated and it works in warm and cold water. I love it
