Diving in Portugal

Hi everyone,

I'm a portuguese diver and i'm wondering why you don't talk much about diving in Portugal? I've been to a lot of places from carribean to egypt and it's not quite the same. But it's probably the best country to dive in Europe. Check it out:http://www.portugaldiving.com

You're right, it's worth taking Portugal into consideration for the next vacation. I would opt for Madeira! Really good dives and a lot more to explore over water as well!

Hi again,
If you have more then a week, I would recomend you to stay a few days in the mainland. Sesimbra is like a "micro-climate" when it comes to macro life and in the last years there is a Marine Reserve that protects nursery areas and now there is already lot more fish, octopus and squid and, of course nudibranches. It is about 40 minutes driving from Lisbon, 3 hours from the Algarve and another 3 from Porto.
