Best place for vacationers

I am Lawrence, Santa Rosa, California, USA. Oh the festival would have been exciting. And not just for the flowers lovers,but also for the ones who look forward to spend their vacations in Thailand, would be immense pleasure for them. I need to know whether anybody can suggest a tour company in Thailand, that dedicates in providing complete services for travel for vacationers.
I need to book tickets for my friends within a fortnight.
I came across a tour company being Thailand Vacation Packages while browsing on internet last week.
Will this the best one for my friends?
