Good diving destinations in Vietnam

while thinking of diving trips within South East Asia, most of divers think of such countries as Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand. So, why dun you guys choose Vietnam is an destination for new feeling. In this post, I would like to introduce to you guys some good diving destinations in Vietnam.

1. Nha Trang:
In Vietnam, travellers or tourists should not fail to visit Nha Trang. Close off-shore from Nha Trang sit a series of islands that offer decent diving and snorkeling, easily accessible by day trip.


Notice: you should not dive in the period from November to January

2. Con Dao
Con Dao is one of the most beautiful places in South East Asia for diving with extensive coral reefs. You can dive all year but the most realistic time is from May to Aug. There are a number of species such as the rare dugong, turtles, dolphins, rays and sharks. Many species of exotic corals can also be seen here
Besides that, Con Do is an interested historical place. Con Dao served as a prison island for political prisoners during the French colonial era. Con Dao is also an island of immense natural beauty with forested hills and deserted sandy beaches.


3. Hoi An has reasonably good diving but a limited diving season
The good period for diving is from March to Aug

4. Ha Long Bay: one of the top ten natural wonders in the world

Oh, i think Ha Long bay is the most beautiful in Vietnam and you know Ha Long Bay enters finale of new world natural wonder poll at New7Wonders of Nature.

Halong Bay is beautiful but in term of diving, it doesn't get high recommendation
