Smile Re: Trnc ( north cyprus )

i do have a question, if someone is planning to go to Cyprus, what are the best dive destinations there, as am willing to go soon there but i don't know which part to visit.

I wish that you can tell me where to go, as i also have my wife and she is not a diver, she like more historical sites.

Help will be appreciated.

Cyprus is a beautiful island. Personally I prefer the Southern side, compared to the northern. I like and live in Paphos since 8 years and really like it, as it is a diverse town, where you can find everything for a memorable holiday. Paphos is classed as a world herritage site, as there are very many historical sites from the romans, including the tombs of the kings, and the mosaics. Paphos is also very good to holiday with the whole family. Nice beaches (Coral Bay Area) with good restaurants, good entertainement, such as waterpark, bird park and much more, as well as a good selection of dive sites. As far as the diving is concerned, it is the Med and obviously not a tropical sea. However there is very good diving available with great visibility, hardly any currents and brilliant bottom compositions and marine life. I know one partiular dive centre which I would recommend called Coral Bay Divers. Coral Bay Divers is based in the heart of the Coral Bay area and provdies outstanding service to its customers. Just check them out on Coral Bay Divers - The Best Diving Experiences, Coral Bay, Paphos, Cyprus - Mediterranean Diving and get in touch with them directly.
There are many interesting trips availble and I am sure you will have a great time to visit this lovely town.
Paphos has an International Airport, so you can fly directly to Paphos from most European countries. The other option is to fly to Larnaca and then arrange a hire car or a taxi to come to Paphos.

I hope this helps and provides you with some more info. If you wish to know anything else then please let me know. I might be able to assist you getting a hotel, hire car or anything else you might need.

If there is anything then just send me a privaye message on this forum and I will be responding immediately.

Have a great day and I am looking froward to hearing from you shortly.
