Choosing next dive trip

My husband and I are in the beginning stages of planning our next big dive trip. We are looking for advice on choosing b/w North Sulawesi, Wakatobi or Raja Ampat. We know they are in the same general region, but not sure which location would give the most bang for the buck. Liveaboards vs land based operations? We are more partial to the liveaboards. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm think the best option for you and husband try to going to North Sulawesi ( Manado ) combine with Raja Ampat with land based operations is better.

As i know, during January 4'09 to March 8'09 papua diving ( one of land based operation www.papua-diving.com ) have special low season prices.
also they open promo low season prices during May 24'09 to July 5,09 and August 23'09 to October 4,09.

Now things have also settled for us as we plan to visit Hawaii. Initially there were some differences in opinions but soon things settled down to normalcy and the right decision has been taken I would think. This also makes me say I owe a lot to you people who have managed me to know more about these places.
