Diving center at Key West, any recommendations ?

Hi,
end of this week, we´re going to Key West-Florida for our first time visit.
We would like to get your recommendations for good diving centers.
Unfortunately heard about annoying things, like not fully filled tanks, boring, sandy dive places, expensive equipment rentals and so on...
