Key Largo dive shop recommendation?

Looking through the archives, I have seen several dive shops mentioned for Key Largo. I am looking for a shop for the week of March 22. We are relatively newbie divers - approx. 50 dives in the logs. I still like to keep a divemaster in sight most of the time. I was almost settled on Horizon and then saw some news articles that concerned me. Any suggestions?
