I did a few dives around Manta Reef in Pemba but I don't think this is the one you are speaking about. So I did not dive the Manta Reef in Mozambique to reply your question.
Do you have something to say about it or any pictures?

please see our website Manta Reef Lodge - Our lodge is overlooking the Manta Reef and we are about to launch Fracional Shares in our lodge for as little as R70 000 for 28 days per year. The Manta Reef is, to say the least, spectacular!
