diving at the dead sea?!

im new here and wanted to know if any of u guys ever dived at the dead sea? i heard from a freind that this thing is possible. i dont understand how u can sink there since the salt makes you float. from what i remember its not so easy to even put your feet underwate..

I've visited Israel few years ago and spent one day on the Dead See coast. I've even got the mask to check, if it's really dead

There's nothing interesting because there's no live in it. Visibility is also very poor. To submerse, you'd must take a lot of weight, but I think it won't be more than 50kg (it's easy to calculate).
