Is it possible? St. Vincent and BVI.

We have a two weeks of vacation to use....is it possible to spend a week exploring St. Vincent and then BVI?

We've spent a week in BVI last year and thought it is worthy of another week. Logistically we can fly with LIAT inter-island...so that won't be an issue.

Suggestions on 3+ star hotels and dive shops in St Vincent?
Is St Vincent:
-diver friendly?
-Sea Horses?
-Wrecks?

Has anyone stayed in Jost VanDyke?
