Raja Ampat and Lembeh Resorts

I'm planning a dive trip for Indonesia, was thinking on a liveaboard, (to see as much as I can in one trip) looking for the best diving, my two finalist are Lembeh and Raja Ampat. I was thinking on spend at least 4d/3n in Lembeh and then take a Liveaboard to Raja Ampat, (I notice that most of the Liveaboards trips to Raja are 10-11 days) or viceverse. Any suggestions? Hotels and liveaboards?
