diving in the SVI

Anyone have GPS coordinates for any dive sites on the south side of Vieques, Luis Pena or Culebra?

We will be sailing in the area and would like to do a couple dives. I have e-mailed the local dive shops and they have not responded...probably because they want to take us on a guided tour. That's not going to happen for several reasons.

Any info would be appreciated
