Kosrae and Pohnpei

Planning a trip to Kosrae and Pohnpei for beginning of September.
Has anyone stayed at the village or PCR Hotel on Pohnpei?
Has anyone stayed at Kosrae village or Nautilus resort on Kosrae?

Any diving comments for either of these Islands?
